Soccer Camp – week 1 overview
We were joined by a great group of players for the first week of soccer camp 2017. Players that attended all week were able to punch out 10 hours of training and more than 10,000 touches. In addition, players received professional level speed, agility and quickness coaching. This combination lays a foundation for a successful offseason.
NST is different than many other camps with an intentional focus on assessment. Each player and parent will receive a report that includes personal results from speed and agility testing. These categories include the 30 yard sprint, 20 yard backpedal, planking, push-ups, shuttle run and quickness assessment. Additionally, the skills taught were purposefully individual which will allow for followup during the remainder of the summer.
